Job Description

We are a global leader in Lead generation and we power the growth of 200 clients across 15 countries in Europe & North America.

Dolead runs paid marketing campaigns faster, integrates customer data with confidence and generates sales-ready leads at a fixed cost per lead.


We’re looking to add to our team to support our growth in the North American market - you would focus on lead generation and running of paid media campaigns.


This role is based in South America - full remote

Freelance / Contractor

Your missions:

  • Manage high-budget advertising campaigns (+100k$/month) on multiple platforms Google, Bing and Meta Ads for various clients / verticals
  • Harness data to continuously improve quality, volume and revenue
  • Test, learn, and iterate on new use cases to find the best ways to improve the existing advertising strategies
  • Work with Sales and Marketing-Operations teams to build and operate acquisition funnels
  • Track and analyze performance (revenue, margin and quality) within your portfolio (20-25 clients) and continuously improve campaign performance


Your profile:

  • Experience with North American clients - knowledge of North american market / trends
  • Good communication skills
  • Multi account management experience
  • English Fluent
  • Proactive, creative, and data-driven
  • Eager to join an international environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • 2+ years of experience in Search and / or Social advertising (Google, Bing ads - Meta, Snapchat, Tiktok Ads) managing lead generation/conversion/acquisition campaigns
  • Strong performance-mindset & analytical skills
