Iowa PBS is seeking one (Paid) Social Media Intern looking to expand their digital content, marketing and distribution skills. This intern will work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends for an average of 10 hours per week.

The intern will gain experience with a wide variety of digital platforms in a media environment with digital professionals. This internship will cover the fall 2023 semester. Preference will be given to students with 2 years of study completed in Communications, English, Marketing or related fields. Familiarity with various social media platforms and photography experience preferred.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

Applicants for positions in this class must be currently enrolled students in a degree program at an accredited educational institution, as determined by the Iowa Department of Administrative Services – Human Resources Enterprise.
