Social Media Consultant (Remote)

Our client is looking for a Social Media Consultant. You will implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts in an effort to increase brand awareness, engagement and influence. Additionally, this individual will understand the target audience and create an appropriate strategy to reach desired groups.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing and Events Colleagues for promotion of Institute events throughout the year.
• Liaise with colleagues to gather and create content for monthly newsletters and corporate correspondence.
• Conduct monthly analysis of website activity and Institute marketing campaigns.
• Copywriting: creating engaging and relevant copy, ensuring a consistent brand message across a range of marketing channels in line with the Institute’s thought-leadership strategy.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, measure results and report on results and trends.

Requirements

• Be digital savvy and well-rehearsed in social media trends.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Experience in new channel launches and growth marketing on social.
• Strong editorial/copywriting experience, ideally with a digital publisher.
• The ability to gasp future and industry trends early.
• Have excellent writing and communication skills.
• An understanding of how to use data and analytics to influence decision-making.
