Social Media Marketing Consultant Key Responsibilities

• Excellent analytical abilities, business acumen and an understanding of the intersection between processes, people and systems.

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

• Proven experience with web / analytic software applications, i.e. Google, Social Media, Salesforce etc…

• Ability to evaluate complex issues and develop actionable plans.

• Comfortable taking loosely defined business questions and translating them into clearly defined technical/data/report specifications

• Creative ability in advertising / content / video creation is a plus.

Support the Communications and Knowledge Management Specialist in preparing for social media campaigns.

Other tasks as requested by the Communications and Knowledge Management Specialist.

Support the management of the Twitter account of the Director of the Evaluation Office, including developing content and posting as required.

Must take initiative, be highly organized, good at time management and have demonstrated ability to work in a team.

Manage EO’s Twitter handle including:

Manage EO YouTube channel including, uploading videos, creating playlists, and undertaking simple editing of videos if required.

At least 5 years of experience managing social media accounts at the global level.

Demonstrated experience in mobilizing and engaging social media audiences through integrated digital and social media strategies.

Knowledge of women’s rights and gender equality issues considered an asset.

Experience with photography and videography for social media considered an asset.

Professional knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator Premiere and After Effects is considered an asset.

Develop growth and engagement tactics for the Executive Director social media accounts, in line with best practice and industry standards.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or other relevant disciplines

Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management and content developers

Experience with digital marketing / social media

Experience: 7 – 10 years of experience

Base Salary: $90k - $110k based on experience

Improving digital presence of brands through social listening and insights.

Strong editorial/copywriting experience, ideally with a digital publisher.

Experience in new channel launches and growth marketing on social.

Have excellent writing and communication skills.

Collaborate with Marketing and Events Colleagues for promotion of Institute events throughout the year.

Liaise with colleagues to gather and create content for monthly newsletters and corporate correspondence.

Coordinate marketing campaigns, measure results and report on results and trends.

3+ years sales experience selling media and/or marketing in a professional services environment, with demonstrated results

Experienced in inside sales functions and systems

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM

Ambitious. Driven by goals and success in sales. Meets and exceeds expectations consistently.

Executive presence. Articulate communicator (both written and verbal), polished and impressive in front of an audience of co-workers, clients, or prospects.

Coordinate partner solution ecosystem to fulfill customer requirements

Work in concert with Lenovo Industry Managers to nurture ISV/IHV relationships (eg. Autodesk, Avid, Adobe, AJA, Blackmagic Design, Foundry, etc.)

Create and manage opportunities for industry-specific solutions and proof of concepts with customers, prospects, ISV and other technology partners

10+ years’ experience in media & entertainment technology workflows

Knowledge of media & entertainment ISV/IHV solutions specific to workstation workflows

General knowledge of production pipelines (film/television, game development, etc.)

Knowledge of the required education, training, experience, and documented current competence in the required specialty position description.

Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience within the last seven (7) years

5+ experience as a Social Media Content Creation experience within a Corporate Environment

Strong Social media experience across various channels: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram

Good writing skills and copy editing skills

Responsible for social media request; respond to requests quickly and suggest approach, draft social posts and follow through to publishing

Create, crop and edit social media photos and videos

Ensure social media content is tagged properly
