Showroom Supervisor Jobs

Assist with the execution of daily operational requirements including: floor management, staff breaks and daily schedule management

Daily management of detailed customer appointment calendar to ensure every customer’s satisfaction and excellent experience

Acts as one of the subject matter experts on fit, product, and customer experience at Indochino both online and offline.

Experience in styling and fashion coordination, with a strong eye for creating visually appealing outfits and aesthetics

Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or similar tools

Experience with UI/UX design and app/website design concepts is a strong advantage

Previous experience working as a stylist, fashion blogger, or influencer is advantageous

Experience in a retail store or showroom is a plus

Basic knowledge of photography and photo editing is a bonus

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)

Experience using Muckrack and Mayvien is a plus, but is not required

Eager to work in the very fast-paced fashion industry

Showroom Design and Management: 5 years (Preferred)

Plan and manager showroom budgets

Hire and manage all temporary market employees and assistants.

Ensure all customers receive a best-in-class experience by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and product availability throughout the showroom backgrounds.

Manage all sell-off of dropped samples from showroom.

Manage ordering and movement of samples for the market, including sample tracking.

Works cooperatively with the sales team

Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner

Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents

Assists in scheduling and confirming sales appointments

Assists in the dealer exchange of vehicle process

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Receive, replenish, and display showroom furniture/accessories

Create new displays and design elements

Assist in managing the overall look, brand and customer experience in the Showroom

Assist in planning, managing and hosting events within the showroom, either independently or with/for the Sales team

Sample Management: Manage samples inbound and outbound; as well as ownership over sample closet organization.

1+ year experience in sales roles in High End Retail or Home Improvement.

Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional schedules.

Conduct confirmation calls, emails or texts to opportunities that book showroom tours.

Schedule Showroom Tour attendees for the next step in the sales process, a Feasibility Study

Train Sales Specialists on product knowledge and Showroom procedures such as the checkout process, client nurture cycle, and in-store experience

Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of Tonal’s product, technology, and brand image

2+ years of sales experience in retail, fitness, service or hospitality industries

Ability to deliver great client experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable sales results

Flexibility, ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and changes in strategies, strong problem-solving skills

Fitness industry experience Luxury or high-end product experience

Acting as main support for sales representatives and sales management.

Microsoft Office skills/general computer knowledge necessary

Handling a variety of clerical duties including: filing, scanning, data entry, etc.

At least one year of previous administrative or reception experience required.

Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills

Outstanding phone and computer skills

Work alongside PR coordinator to manage samples, handle send-outs/returns, schedule messengers, etc. for

Monitor national publications, online and social for credits/placements on a daily basis

Assist with weekly press/VIP reports

Assist with sample trafficking between NY, LA and EU

Maintain media and stylist contact lists

Support retail team with occasional showroom market appointments
