Job Description

Denim company based in Midtown, NYC is hiring a Shipping/EDI Specialist. In office position 5x a week.


  • Joor experience a plus
  • Must have ability to multi-task, shift priorities, and have experience with working with high volume
  • Experience shipping to major retailers required, shipping to smaller specialty/boutique stores a plus
  • Customer service experience a plus
  • Experience creating UPS return labels a plus
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience shipping to both factored and non-factored accounts
  • This role will deal with major retailer/EDI business as well as boutique/specialty stores and will interface with both their inside sales team and outside reps based in NYC, Chicago, Dallas and LA.
  • Must have A2000 experience
  • Apparel/footwear/accessories experience required
  • This role is very fast-paced and would require someone comfortable with some level of customer service as it may require speaking directly to store owners/buyers, at times.
  • EDI experience/knowledge required, experience with in-house EDI a plus
  • Must have experience with order entry, allocation, shipping, issuing pick tickets, working with warehouses (3PL)
  • Drop ship experience a plus
  • Experience working with both inside and outside sales reps
  • Ability to analyze and understand inventory
  • Experience processing credit card transactions, issuing RMAs and the like required
