Job Description

Interior Renovation Superintendent - Affordable Housing - NYCHA


Salary: $120,000 - $190,000


My client who is one of the leading developers in the NYC affordable/NYCHA/Occupied Rehab construction space is urgently seeking to add multiple superintendents due to them landing multiple projects across the 5 boroughs.


With multiple projects underway already and loads more due to start over the course of the rest of the year, this opportunity offers a stable role in one of the best & busiest construction markets in NYC right now!


They have projects based all around the 5 boroughs of New York, with the first projects being based in The Bronx and Brooklyn for a large occupied renovation.


Required Experience for role:

  • Experience in Tenant in place construction
  • Experience working on pre-war, landmark or historic buildings
  • DOB License


Preferred experience for role:

  • Posses strong relationship building skills
  • Minimum 5 years of occupied rehab works of affordable housing projects
  • Availability to travel to all 5 boroughs of NYC
