Assist asset management and warehouse teams with the daily workload, when needed.

Demonstrate effective customer service skills by meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Outlook, Work and Excel. SnapTracker experience a plus.

Oversees the pulling, palletizing, and protection requirements for all shipments.

3 to 5 years of warehousing experience; shipping experience preferred.

Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects amid changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

High school Diploma or GED required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Prior warehouse and shipping experience strongly preferred.

Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated with good organization skills and habits.

Computer literacy required and experience with MS Office suite preferred (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Generate, pull, package and label deliveries for outbound shipments.

Perform inventory movements within the warehouse, such as replenishments, returns, and incoming finished goods.

Time management/prioritization and follow-up skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment

Flag complex receiving/shipping issues to appropriate parties including management, customer service teams, and courier representatives

Assist management with ongoing short and long term shipping projects

Assists supervisor/manager in planning and coordinating daily incoming and outgoing shipping activities

Assists managers on special customer requests and investigation of customer complaints to ensure they are properly handled and resolved

Data entry needed; scan shipments and upload data into multiple courier portals and maintain accurate transit logs files

Works with management professionally to maintain quality and efficiency.

Manage time efficiently while also helping to hold others accountable.

Must have great communication skills.

Must have knowledge of computers.

Experience pulling orders and packaging them preferred.

Experience with UPS, FedEx, or USPS preferred.

Seeking well organized peron to be responsible for the the following:

*Pick & Pack customer orders to speciality & dept. stores, plus some ecom orders.

*Handle UPS and Federal Express processing.

*Maintain finished goods and blanks inventory in the warehouse.

*Keep warehouse orgainized and clean.

EDI experience/knowledge required, experience with in-house EDI a plus

Must have experience with order entry, allocation, shipping, issuing pick tickets, working with warehouses (3PL)

Experience shipping to major retailers required, shipping to smaller specialty/boutique stores a plus

Experience shipping to both factored and non-factored accounts

Must have ability to multi-task, shift priorities, and have experience with working with high volume

Experience working with both inside and outside sales reps

BS 2-4 Years, MS 0-2 or HS 8-10 or equivalent experience.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and use of judgment

Handle requests which include Field Equipment Portal request accessible via portals

Identify, Obtain and inspect equipment for request fulfillment
