Sharepoint Support Consultant Jobs

Experience using SharePoint Online Management Shell and scripting against SharePoint Online.

5+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience

Experience as a Microsoft SharePoint Online Administrator, Specialist, or similar role.

Experience working with Microsoft Entra, formerly Azure Active Directory (AAD).

You review, investigate and solve customer technical issues, collaborating within and across teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices

You participate in communities with peer delivery roles.

Proven project management skills with the ability to plan, manage, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

In-depth knowledge of ITIL and ITSM frameworks, particularly in the context of SharePoint service management.

Extensive experience in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions for large-scale, complex enterprises.

Strong experience with migration projects, including planning, execution, troubleshooting, and managing the transition from on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online/M365.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex SharePoint issues.

Demonstrated experience in preparing detailed technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.

Understanding of SharePoint security and permission management.

Proven experience in SharePoint administration and support.

Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and related technologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Microsoft SharePoint certifications (e.g., SharePoint Administrator) are a plus.
