Sharepoint Support Specialist Jobs

Experience using SharePoint Online Management Shell and scripting against SharePoint Online.

5+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience

Experience as a Microsoft SharePoint Online Administrator, Specialist, or similar role.

Experience working with Microsoft Entra, formerly Azure Active Directory (AAD).

You review, investigate and solve customer technical issues, collaborating within and across teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices

You participate in communities with peer delivery roles.

Understanding of SharePoint security and permission management.

Proven experience in SharePoint administration and support.

Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and related technologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Microsoft SharePoint certifications (e.g., SharePoint Administrator) are a plus.

You’ll provide SharePoint and Microsoft O365 solutions for site collaboration, enterprise search, workflow, and content management.

Assist with contractor/consultant onboarding tasks and related list management

Maintain content on BHG’s vendor-related intranet site, with responsibilities such as but not limited to:

Assist colleagues to resolve their SharePoint challenges and to upskill them on common SharePoint tasks to enable self sufficiency

Experience updating SharePoint components such as lists, document libraries and web parts (SharePoint Online version is preferred)

Coordinate with management and district employees regarding SharePoint goals and needs to enhance the SharePoint site;

Minimum Education Associate’s Degree required in an Information Technology-related program (Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum three years of experience in an Information Technology role;
