Our client, a mutual benefit corporation headquartered in Oakland, providing health, dental, vision, Medicaid and Medicare healthcare service plans in California seeking an accomplished SharePoint Administrator.
Note: THIS IS 100% REMOTE ROLE & ONLY W2 CANDIDATES.
HOURLY PAY RATE : 45/HR ON W2 BASIS

Position: SharePoint Administrator (Job Id – 71260)
Location: Oakland CA 94607 (100 % Remote)
Duration: 3 Months + Strong Possibility of Extension

- Partner to onboard team on the use of communications channels and platforms; provide site layout, content development and partner with design for graphics; consult and provide platform assistance; develop and maintain platform resources for team; and ensure team is skilled in managing SharePoint Online sites
- Interview, write and publish blogs, presentations and talking points; consult on campaign ideas; drive creative discussions and develop creative briefs; leverage employee feedback channels, analyze data and make recommendations to continuously improve the communications approach
- Serve as administrator for SharePoint Online sites; develop platform guidelines and policies; maintain SharePoint education and training materials; assist the online community experience for internal publishing and communications platform; create communications campaigns, including gamification, to educate the enterprise on platform features, proper engagement and governance; monitor and respond to employee feedback and questions; and serve as back-up for governance and incident management
Required Skills:
- Community Management – 2+ years
- Agile Experience – 2 Years minimum (Nice to Have)
- Communications & writing – 2+ years
- SharePoint Online – 2+ years
