Service Engineer Jobs

Service Engineer provides customer support throughout product life cycle. This position requires the level of knowledge and skill sets similar to a system engineer, but is required to provide customer-end solutions. This position interacts with product and commercial teams on daily basis and will have high visibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide product installation, customer training and product service, at customer site.
• Maintaining up-to-date training on latest system, hardware, and software.
• Communicates with cross functional teams to coordinate and assure user success.

Required Knowledge Skills and Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently.
• Must have sufficient knowledge of system integration, electrical and mechanical engineering, and software validation.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience and ability to identify system and component level issues, and provide effective solutions at customer-end.
• Excellent writing and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to travel for average of 30% of time, to both domestic and international destinations.
• Bachelors degree in Electrical, Biomedical, or Mechanical Engineering, related fields will also be considered.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of service engineer experience in medical related devices, cell handling devices. or IVD technology field.
• Master or Ph.D. degrees
• Experience in customer support.
