Job Description
We are looking for talented individuals for Customer Service Specialists Level 1, 2 and 3. CSS support all Avreo products and hardware. Highly motivated individuals who can handle end users and partners in stressful situations succeed in these positions. The ability to stay well organized while multitasking and working independently remotely is required. Participation in on-going training concerning Avreo products and related technology is necessary. Troubleshooting and communication skills are critical to success in these positions.
Requirements:
Understanding of TCP/IP and LAN/WAN environments.
PC/Hardware troubleshooting experience.
Experience with Active Directory, VPNs and Firewalls.
Ability to answer calls from end users.
Work with professional services teams to schedule, implement and maintain product upgrade process.
Create KB articles and technical notes.
Proficient in MS Office products.
Listen, comprehend and communicate in the fly.
Underlying enthusiasm for computers and technology.
