Job Description

Position is Hybrid and flexible.
Senior Vice President, Human Resources to serve as a strategic people operations leader. This seasoned Human Resources executive will be an important part of the leadership team, and will design, guide, build, and drive the human resource strategy, and a thrive for change. The SVP will build and sustain a culture that supports the staff and the needs of the business.
Develop and oversee a high-performing human resources team.
Drive the business forward in line with strategic priorities, by owning all aspects of human resources, including: employee relations, employment/labor laws, performance management, talent acquisition and retention, salary review process, employee programs, learning and development, compliance, and all other personnel related policies
Lead talent management strategy with a focus on performance management, salary review process, learning and development, succession planning, and leadership development that attracts, develops, and retains high performing employees providing opportunities for career growth and ensuring the development of the next generation of leaders
Create and empower a diverse and inclusive culture
Work with leadership team to implement HR policies and practices that align with the company's long term goals
Act as a strategic business partner across all departments on matters such as hiring, performance reviews, employee related matters, terminations, leaves of absence, compensation matters, and compliance
Establish program metrics, analyze data, and provide insights and updates on the performance and impact of HR related programs, processes, and policies
10-15 years of Human Resources experience, including Generalist or HR Business Partner experience, with 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
Bachelor's Degree. HR Certificate
A strong business leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, that creates solutions and challenges the staff with the ability to lead in an effective process.
Highly developed influencing and strong communication.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to be a coach and a player, who can roll up sleeves and get into the weeds, while looking at the big picture
Proven experience developing and growing talent and high performing teams
Experience managing programs to build a diverse, inclusive, and equitable organization
Proven experience fostering a diverse and inclusive environment, where everyone feels valued
Ability to manage multiple work streams, with strong organizational skills
Solution focused, with the ability to objectively analyze issues
Strong at building programs and supporting leaders within a deadline intensive, fast paced environment
Proven influencer, with a demonstrated ability to lead and counsel employees, managers, and executives
