We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Vice President of Human Resources to lead the HR function. The VP of Human Resources will be instrumental in shaping and executing human capital strategies that align with our business objectives. This role demands a strategic thinker who can cultivate a high-performance culture, attract top talent, and drive employee engagement across our dynamic organization.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Drive a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion through targeted initiatives and continuous improvement.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, talent management, employee development, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
- The incumbent coordinates or completes all HR-related initiatives and tasks for the Association.
- Lead HR projects related to organizational development, change management, and performance enhancement.
- Under the direction of the Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer, the position will provide HR-related guidance to senior leadership, managers and employees, ensuring compliance and fairness with policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Provide strategic leadership to the HR team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Implement effective talent acquisition strategies to identify, attract, and onboard skilled professionals to support our credit system solutions.
- Develop and execute employee development programs, including training, mentorship, and career progression.
- Create and maintain competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top industry talent.
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with the company's long-term vision.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards, mitigating potential risks.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives, fostering a culture of empowerment and recognition.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports our credit system company's growth and strategic goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in HR strategies.
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex HR challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or closely related field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing HR teams.
- Proven track record of successful leadership in HR roles, with experience in technology or finance sectors preferred.
- Experience driving culture initiatives, fostering employee engagement, and enhancing talent development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Three years of human resources experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Proficiency in HR technology and tools for data analysis, reporting, and management.
- Ethical and professional behavior, with the capacity to handle confidential information.
- Strategic thinker with the capability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
