TechOhana a specialist in the Salesforce Staffing industry has teamed up with an industry leading shipping and delivery company that is looking to add on a highly talented Salesforce Field service lightning consultant to take the lead on their implementation of FSL.

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging directly with stakeholders and C-level executives to understand their business requirements. As a Senior Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) to architect solutions that align with the company’s' needs and drive successful implementations. Your strong configuration skills, particularly with flows, will be crucial in creating efficient and scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Proven experience in multiple Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementations
• At least 7+ years of Salesforce experience
• Strong ability to gather requirements and architect Salesforce solutions
• Extensive experience working with multiple Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in configuring Salesforce using flows
• Salesforce Certified
• Expertise in leading Salesforce implementations and managing timelines
