The Role

Peek is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage our Salesforce instance and ensure the smooth operation of all processes and technology that interact with it. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience working with Salesforce and should be deeply familiar with Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing user profiles and permissions, creating and managing custom objects, managing data quality, creating and managing reports and dashboards, and providing technical support to all end-users.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, BI, Support, Success) to support critical business initiatives and projects
• Create and manage custom objects, simplify and optimize fields, and cleanup instances and workflows to meet business requirements
• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and training new users
• Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionalities and recommend best practices to optimize system performance and lay a strong foundation for future organizational growth
• Create and manage SFDC reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key performance metrics for reps and management
• Manage user profiles and permissions, ensuring that users have the appropriate level of access to the system while protecting against data security risks/threats
• Manage and maintain the Salesforce instance, including configuration, customization, and integration with all third-party systems (e.g., Outreach, Zoom, Zendesk, Gong, etc.)
• Ensure data quality and accuracy by managing data imports, data cleansing, and data deduplication

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization
• Excellent communication and technical problem-solving skills
• At least 5 years of experience as a certified Salesforce Administrator, ideally in a rapid growth technology company
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• SaaS experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus
• ADM-201 Certification strongly preferred
