Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

In This Role

• Other tasks as defined by Management
• Define test scenarios and author test cases from approved requirements ensuring coverage and traceability for test execution
• Execute planned test scenarios/cases, record results, identify/document/explain defects associated
• Support teams responsible for resolving defects by providing assistance and test evidence
• Assist in test defect management process, monitor, and report on defect resolution to management
• Interact with various teams and stakeholders such as business teams, development teams, and project teams throughout the testing process
• Evaluate large data amounts from different sources and develop useful summary reports. Identify data and system/technical environment needs testing
• Identify, document, assist with resolution, and re-test defects within the test process
• Compile and analyze statistical data relative to test execution and defect management
• Upholding the Core Values and being a valuable member of the Four Hands Team
• Coordinate execution of test scripts with Project Managers, Test Leads, Internal Testers and Development Managers
• Assist stakeholders and end users with User Acceptance Testing and expectations during the testing process
• Assist with developing and executing test plans to ensure that all objectives are met

The Ideal Person

• Experience with Korber (Highjump) WMS preferred
• Ability to work as part of a team with strong time management skills
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst utilizing a variety of different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Manual and Automated Testing, Integration/Interface Testing, etc.
• Strong understanding of both WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), finance and purchase to pay processes
• Meticulous attention to detail
• 3+ years of experience with software QA tools and processes
