Job Description

Manual testing of web apps

• Manual testing of Android/iOS mobile apps

• Testing IoT devices / connections

• API Testing (postman, soapui/readyAPI)

• SQL Server / MySQL – DB skills, Data testing Jira + Zephyr for Test Management

• Confluence

• Nice to have: DevOps experience & Prod Support experience


Roles and Responsibilities

QA Tester to assess software quality through manual and SQL testing. Responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches.

1. Review and analyze system specifications

2. Collaborate with Dev/QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans

3. Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results

4. Evaluate product code according to specifications

5. Create logs to document testing phases and defects

6. Report bugs and errors to development teams

7. Help troubleshoot issues

8. Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing

9. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

10. Ability to identify and automate tests to bring in efficiency (learn if/as required)
