Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Fort Forth, TX

Payrate: $21.40/Hr

Job Summary:

• Log MBRs into computer tracking system and file pending review.
• Review MBRs to ensure all manufacturing batch procedures are followed and all data is recoded per procedures.
• Ensure MBR reviews are completed in a timely manner based on scheduled due dates.
• Follow all safety regulations, and promote positive safety behaviors.
• Communicate effectively with production, maintenance, warehouse, and other functions as necessary.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are available to meet schedules.
• Strictly adhere to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Current Good Documentation Practices (cGDP), and Standard Operating Procedures and report all discrepancies immediately.
• Carry out work as defined by schedule.
• Support facility documentation revision by reviewing documents, processing change requests (review documents, process change requests, temporary document changes, laboratory information system, document absolution's).
• Perform activities that ensure required quality and safety standards are being met for our products.
• Keep work areas clean and free of hazards or dangerous conditions Perform housekeeping.
• Support training needs of team members and work cohesively with team.
• Coordinate/support other departments to ensure smooth execution of work.
• Participates in problem solving and troubleshooting of issues.
