To join our team as a Senior Program Manager! The Senior Program Manager will manage all aspects of our programs in Washington state. Successful candidates will be based in and have experience in the Seattle/Puget Sound area. By working in close coordination with clients, program staff, and subject-matter experts in the organization, you’ll ensure high-quality deliverables today while planning and creating the programs of the future.

Program Management
  • Responsible for all phases of programs from inception through completion, managing the launch, cost, implementation and performance of programs throughout.
  • Establish milestones and monitor adherence to program plans and schedules, identify program problems and obtain solutions.
  • Identify program problem/opportunity areas, evaluate options, and implement solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
  • Oversee creation and execution of contracts for compliance and client satisfaction and responsible for contract risk management.
  • Manage relationships with multiple client contacts and stakeholders across a total portfolio of $5-10M annual revenue (without incentives.)
  • Coordinate the preparation of business plans, work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract and subcontracts.
People Management
  • Hire, mentor and direct staff on financial, management and tactical decisions.
  • Lead the broader team by encouraging growth and fostering authenticity, accountability, and trust.
  • Direct and coordinate multi-functional teams assigned to the programs from technical, account management, marketing, operations, analytics, and administrative areas and make staffing decisions to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
Innovation
  • Develop strategies and tactics to ensure effective program performance relative to market opportunity, working closely with company functional groups over the entire life cycle.
  • Analyze problem/opportunity areas of programs, evaluate options, and implement improvements.
  • Ensure the program direction is congruent with market trends, program goals, and client needs.
  • Lead contract change process and manage subcontracts with partners.
In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…
  • 8+ years of program/project management experience required.
  • Experience with starting up new programs, electrification, and/or workforce development are a plus.
  • 5+ years of people management experience required.
Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000
