Your day to day:
In your day to day you will:
- Drive the integration and adoption of agile delivery practices across delivery teams, facilitating program retrospectives to identify improvement opportunities. Evangelize and integrates desired changes in order to enable continuous improvement.
- Partner with Business and Technology leadership to establish a solid understanding of the vision, purpose, and expected business benefits of a program. Ensure measurable KPIs are defined and aligned to company goals and objectives.
- Drive the coordinated management of large, complex programs over a finite period of time in order to achieve specific business goals.
- Manage the program-level decomposition of work across multiple delivery teams. Works across organizational boundaries to define program interdependencies and release plans.
- Monitor health of program delivery, Tracking program-level status, risks, issues, and dependencies. Proactively address delivery team impediments, and resolve program-level roadblocks to enable successful program execution.
What do you need to bring:

- Demonstrated experience as Program Manager with 8+ years of IT experience, preferably with 3+ years of exposure in IT infrastructure
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA/ServiceNow, MS-Office, Smartsheets/Clarizen, Collaboration tools (Slack, Skype, etc.). Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development
- Extensive knowledge of project and program management processes, tools, templates, and management techniques
- Working knowledge and demonstration of projects spanning across technologies such as server, network, storage, database, and application tools
- Proven ability to develop effective, matrixed, cross-organization relationships, collaborating and communicating across business and technology stakeholders and multiple geographies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professional confidence and credibility to effectively engage and interact with senior and executive management
- Successful track record of managing large, complex programs that deliver technical solutions across multiple project teams and organizational units that meet agreed-upon business objectives and performance metrics
