The Boeing Global Services Supply Chain team is seeking a passionate, proactive and driven Customer Exchange Program Manager, based out of the Boeing facility in Dallas, TX. This individual will be a part of the Execution organization supporting the exciting and rapidly growing Landing Gear Exchange Program. The predominate responsibility of this role is focused on the customer facing responsibilities, customer support and communication of overhaul status. This individual will collaborate closely with various functions in the Supply Chain value stream to ensure we proactively plan for future requirements and rapidly resolve any issues that could delay meeting customer commitments. They will manage customer program reviews, status from suppliers and transactions within SAP. In addition, we are looking for someone who is passionate about and has experience with process improvement, standardization and documentation. Position Responsibilities:


  • Partner & cross collaborate with supply chain value stream functions to ensure proactive planning & mitigate program risks
  • Leads analysis and reviews of customer maintenance operations and program requirements
  • Data analysis & management
  • Execute landing gear exchange program contracts
  • Contribute to team process improvement, standardization & documentation
  • Collaborate with and advises customer regarding status, changes or improvements of overhaul status and follows up as well as determine customer specific needs
  • Manage SAP transactions
  • Develops, prepares and delivers program review presentations and weekly & bi-weekly customer cadence
  • Maintains an understanding of customer's culture and business strategies
  • Mitigate risks and issue
  • Dedication to meet customer commitments & build customer trust (BGS Priorities)


This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at Dallas, TX. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):


  • At least 5+ years of supply chain or operations management experience
  • At least 2+ years of direct customer interface experience
  • At least 1 year SAP experience
  • Experience exercising critical thinking & problem solving
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office tool suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • At least 2+ years of process improvement / development experience
  • Communication skills, collaboration, and customer focus are critical to be successful in the role


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):


  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field
  • Experience in data or business analysis
  • Experience in forecasting and asset management Procurement experience
  • Experience with P & L and/or Business Strategy
  • Experience in Business operations


Typical Education/Experience:


High school diploma or GED and typically 3 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Summary pay range: $108,800 - $147,200
