Harris Health System is looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager for our Ambulatory Clinics

About The Position

The Senior Operations Manager will direct the operations and staff of multiple Ambulatory Care Centers for Harris Health System. You will be responsible for all clinic operations oversight as well as the coordination among clinical and non-clinical staff. As the Senior Operations Manager, you will also oversee budget planning, development, and implementation for your assigned Centers.

The Senior Operations Manager will oversee at least 3 of the below operational scope criteria to follow:

• Speciality Service Lines: 5+
• Site Locations: 3+
• FTE Providers: 30+
• Patient Visits: 50,000+
• Procedures: 15,000+
• FTE Center Staff: 50+

Requirements

• 4 years of administrative experience in healthcare setting
• If Master's Degree is held, 2 years of experience
• Master's Degree in Business (MBA) or Health Administration (MHA) preferred
• Bachelor's Degree
• 4 years of practice or provider management experience at multi-provider or multidisciplinary setting or operational management experience of a service line
