The teammate we are looking for will have the responsibility of preparing our estate planning documents (Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney) along with funding documents and filings required for our Trust Administration and Probate cases.We are looking for someone able to work full-time Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.Our benefits include paid time off and paid holidays, a bonus schedule, and a 401K plan with a firm matching component.Enrollment in group health, dental and disability insurance would be available.

Our ideal candidate will be certified as a paralegal with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, specifically in estate planning, presents a very professional appearance, has high attention to detail, understands the value of hard work, and wants to work in an exciting environment.

Our candidate should also have a good working knowledge of the Probate process, be very proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, have experience with Wealth Counsel or similar estate planning software, be a fast learner, and be reliable and punctual.We have a very busy, growing office and we need someone who can work under pressure.
