Responsibilities
We are currently seeking an Legal Clerk to join our Legal team. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions. The Legal Clerk - Admin is an entry level role that will assist the Enverus legal team with various administrative tasks and help ensure they can efficiently complete their duties. Legal Clerk responsibilities include preparing documents, conducting research and analysis, collecting signatures, and compiling materials. Ultimately, you will work with various Enverus employees, customers, and vendors while helping the Enverus legal team do their duties as efficiently and effectively as possible.

• Administer customer contracting process
• Assist the Enverus legal team on their primary duties
• Respond to requests from Enverus team members

Competitive Candidate Profile:

• Critical thinking
• Experience or Interest in law, logic, grammar, philosophy, and justice
• Capacity to work in Word, salesforce.com, and JIRA
• Attention to detail
• Flexible schedule with a commitment to engage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Aptitude for reading, organizing, analyzing, editing, and filing
