About This Position


This role provides paralegal support to one or more staff attorneys in the Captive Finance (AHFC Law) group of AHM Law & IP Division.


Responsibilities Include


  • Back Up: Provide back up to other paralegals
  • Projects: Participate in the planning and execution of assigned
  • Legal advice and services: Assist attorney and clients with providing high quality legal services and advice
  • Litigation: Assist attorney with preparation and coordination of litigation and transactional cases for applicable Honda entities, including providing the client with regular updates, and assisting attorney with attorney’s management of outside counsel


Who We Are Seeking


Required Work Experience:


  • Project management and familiarity with finance experience desired
  • Minimum of 5 years paralegal experience in a corporate law department or large firm handling corporate transactional and litigation matters


Required Education


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Paralegal Certificate from an ABA approved Paralegal program required


Desired Skills


  • Experience evaluating and verifying data to determine compliance with standards, laws, and regulations required

Total Rewards


  • Competitive Base Salary: $68,700 to $103,000


Pay will be based on several variables that include, but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, etc.
