Role Description

This full-time remote role is for a Legal Advisor. As a Legal Advisor at Trylaunchpad Africa, you will be responsible for offering legal advice to the company and our users on legal issues affecting businesses in Africa. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to, legal document preparation, practicing labor and employment law, and advising management on legal matters. You will work with a cross-functional team responsible for building products for African entrepreneurs and play a crucial role in enabling their growth while ensuring legal compliance.

Qualifications

• Ability to prepare legal documents
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Thorough understanding of Labor and Employment Law
• Bachelor's Degree in Law or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Legal Issues and Legal Advice
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
