Case Management Processor (Remote)

We are looking to hire a candidate with the below skill sets mentioned and experience for one of our major clients within the Health Insurance industry. This position is 100% REMOTE. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential for extension. Interested candidates may share their updated resumes with Carolina – OMG Technologies.

• The position is fully remote, and candidates can sit anywhere in the US. The schedule will be Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm local time.
• Additional Equipment - Dual monitors will be required.

Responsibilities:

• Phone outreach to coordinate and schedule follow-up appointments for members with providers.
• Outreach to members/providers/CBOs to coordinate appointments.
• Maintain records, and update databases.

Required Skills/Experience/Education:

• Strong phone communication skills as this person will be reaching out to members and providers.
• Bilingual in Spanish will be highly preferred.
• Some Medical terminology.
• *Additional Equipment - Dual monitors will be required*
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• High School degree/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience (required).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

• Contract Rate/Salary: W2.

• Contracting Period : 6-month contracting opportunity with the potential for extension and/or permanent employment.
• The Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm local time.
• Employment Type: Contract to Hire (CTH), W2 only. NO C2C.
