About the Role:


This person will need to maximize the sales potential and profitability of existing products as well as develop business plans and strategies for New Product Development in the category specifically focusing on LATAM expansion while also supporting the US and CA trade marketing team.


They will lead a cross functional team that launches OLAPLEX's newest and exciting technology and grows existing technology. They will develop the go-to-market strategy, working with the sales teams to set joint business plans with strategic accounts. They will hone and localize our creative campaign, and our media strategy.


Objectives:


  • Assist the Retail Marketing team to support the implementation of the all seasonal promotional programs, retailer exclusives & helping to support the relationship and requests from retail partners
  • Support in all aspects of the timely and cost-effective creation, implementation and tracking of the Trade Marketing & marketing programs across the year
  • Be the key linchpin for the Trade Marketing department, supporting organization of key seasonal tasks such as but not limited to sell in pages, and seasonal strategy meetings


LATAM Lead


  • Assist with the implementation of the sampling program within budget for national stores
  • Assist in project management and production needs during key moments and brand activations. Support on site as needed
  • Be the main point of contact for field enquiries regarding all Promotions and trade marketing requests, assist with ad-hoc requests
  • Work cross functionally in tandem with Trade Marketing team to communicate to with internal teams about upcoming retail initiatives and create benchmarking standard
  • Maintain good working relationship with cross-functional teams and retail partners
  • Develop and roll-out LATAM 360° marketing projects, in accordance with the overall Marketing and Communication guidelines
  • Brief Creative on all collateral and assets within Brand Guidelines, budget and retailer approval
  • Develop tailor made, in-store activities, and incentive programs, based on client needs and brands strategies
  • Manage data by preparing internal briefings, presentations, visibility reports, sell-out report and budget monitoring
  • Responsible for supporting the LATAM sales team ensuring OLAPLEX presence, image and sell out are in accordance with Sales organization, brand guidelines and Go to Market & Trade Marketing strategies
  • Raise all POs pertaining to Promotions, update budget when POs raised to track each budget
  • Support Regional Marketing team (US and Canada) with the planning and execution of all retail initiatives & events in the Americas when needed
  • Create innovative Trade Marketing tools to maximize brand performances
  • Issue and collate Marketing feedback forms from the Sales team and create results charts with recommendations of what worked and what did not
  • Lead in creating LATAM'S marketing plans by account, aimed at delivering brands objectives with the approval of the Marketing Director
  • Create and track launch or campaign performance to share with Senior Management and Global
  • Create Sell in Pages across all Trade Marketing departments
  • Support the Marketing Director and team to update the promotions and trade marketing calendar


About You:


  • Excellent communication and organization skills, ability to juggle different projects under pressure is key
  • Previous experience in administrative and/or marketing roles, demonstrating a track record of success in these areas
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining a high level of productivity
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish for effective communication with Latin American partners
  • Must have a passion and drive for the beauty industry, as well as 1-2 years prior work experience supporting a beauty brand
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle urgent matters efficiently across multiple time zones
  • Strong relationship-building abilities, with a focus on developing and maintaining positive internal and external partnerships
  • A quality of team work, proactiveness with a can-do, go-getter attitude and attention to detail is critical
  • 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following: marketing, communications, public relations, project management
  • Bachelor's Degree with a focus on marketing, communications, or a related field
