The Gist
Drive performance of Lagunitas Brewing Company through the distributor network. Senior Market Managers will be responsible for markets that:

• Producing 500k case equivalents of volume or:
• Have 2 or more Field Sales Managers reporting to them
• 300k of annual volume and 20 or more distributors

What You’ll Do

• Drive the annual & monthly business planning process; communicate regularly with key stakeholders within distributor network
• Drive and coach Lagunitas colleagues, across sales and other functions to ensure alignment / gain support of local efforts
• Embed Best of Show Execution within distributor network
• Lead the Market Premise Strategy, providing direction, coaching and feedback to a team of Field Sales Managers
• Ensure execution of programming and retail standards through incentive management, KPI tracking and review with network
• Manage targeted account / customer management responsibility
• Strategic - Setting agenda, strategy, and driving execution to own business results
• Lead financial management including oversight of pricing, inventory, budget, invoicing, and expenses

What We’re Lookin’ For

• People Leadership experience desired
• Financial & Business Acumen in the areas of data analysis, reporting, market knowledge
• Experience managing within retail and/or three-tier distribution environment
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Must be able to lift up to 32 lbs
• Must be able to walk, stand, sit in vehicle for extended periods
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Frequent stooping, reaching, bending, twisting required
