Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, actuarial science, statistics, economics, mathematics, business, accounting, or finance.

Workforce management following transaction activity, including organization design, talent selection, and redundancy management.

Build and manage financial models (workforce planning tools, total rewards quantification, compensation planning, etc)

3 to 6 years’ of experience

Strong analytic skills; in particular, high level of functionality with Microsoft Office products

Prior M&A experience highly considered

Have 3 - 5 years of experience in a Risk Management , Finance, or related role

Required Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities

Produce risk reports for both AWM Risk Managers and senior management.

Strong technical skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required; experience with SQL and python a plus

B.A. degree required , ideally in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field

Have a good understanding of portfolio and risk measurement concepts, including sensitivity, stress testing and Value at Risk analysis

Minimum of 1 year of business development, or sales experience in a financial institution or fintech company

Minimum of 1 year of experience analyzing developments within the European investor market in relation to crypto adoption

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French

Demonstrated ability using Excel and Salesforce or other CRM tools

Knowledge of corporate finance valuation and accounting concepts

Identifying market opportunities by applying knowledge from various market sources (Bloomberg, macro-economic research, etc.)

At least 1 year of financial markets experience or demonstrated internships

Knowledge of international credit and rates markets as well as global economics

Experience in Python or related programing languages advantageous

Interest in sustainable finance and ESG topics
