Senior Manager, Revenue Data Science

We are seeking an outstanding Sr. Revenue Data Science Manager to join our Sales Finance team. As an integral member of the FP&A team, our Organization’s overarching responsibilities are to provide the highest caliber of relevant financial and business analysis that is both insightful and measurable, enabling effective decisions-making at all levels of the Company and improving our financial performance. This is a critical position within the Finance organization, requiring knowledge of product, advanced tool and analytical skills, accuracy, great attention to detail, and ability to execute to Company’s timelines. It is a visible role within Finance for an energetic individual who thrives on inspiring change and impacting the business in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be a part of a new Data Science team in Sales Finance to help shape how we analyze revenue, reimagining existing processes and incorporating data science into revenue forecasting and business analytics. We are looking for an experienced Sr. Revenue Data Science Manager to challenge status quo, constantly innovate and break down complex problems, and effectively communicate technical solutions effectively across organizations.

• Reimagine and reframe existing processes with data science, advanced analytics, statistical modeling and regression analysis
• Data visualization & EDA to summarize data insights and draw conclusions to guide business decision making
• Experiment and develop robust metrics and framework to measure success
• Partner closely with Finance, BU, Sales and IT to understand all revenue systems and processes
• Build end-to-end processes and systems to enable our business partners in making informed decisions
• Manage risks and opportunities, build and lead team, translate strategic and operating plans into meaningful direction of projects, goals, priorities and activities
• Collaborate and influence stakeholders across organizations to adopt new ideas and proposals
• Combine business acumen, technology and innovation to organize data, enable insights and build data driven solutions

What We Need To See

• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, managing multiple priorities and leading change and process improvement
• Ability to independently understand business problem, translate it into data science solution and generate actionable insights implementable by the business
• Experience with statistical software (e.g., Python, Pandas, Numpy, R), database languages (e.g., SQL) and data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
• Proven ability to craft and execute change management plans, driving new processes and analytics that influence business decisions and outcomes
• You're a storyteller - a master at making complex subjects easily understood through compelling stories and visuals
• Curious mindset and comfortable exploring vast and complex datasets
• 10+ overall years of experience in a Data Science or quantitative role, with 3+ years of experience with people management
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or Economics) or equivalent experience

• Knowledge or experience in the order to cash sales or revenue processes
• Experience in code version management solutions like git or SVN
• Proficient in rapid feature engineering tools like H20 driverless ai, auto-sklearn, or pycaret
• Excellent people leader, coach, and teacher of emerging practices in statistical analysis and advanced analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate technical solutions and methodologies to executive leadership

The base salary range is $188,000 - $299,000. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
