Job Description

Global organization, headquartered in California, requires a proven eCommerce Senior Manager to join an existing team and take responsibility for all aspects of content and project management across the eCommerce ecosystem. You will have demonstrable expertise across content, promotions, ideation and eCommerce processes.


You will have experience of the full eCommerce lifecycle from project brief through to launch. Needless to say you will have excellent communication, planning and analytical skills along with strong forecasting experience.


Responsibilities;


  • Identify opportunities to make online channels more profitable (contribution margin)
  • Provide leadership and day-to-day ownership of D2C strategy
  • Own site content briefing inclusive of product pages, homepage and landing pages for the site from strategic concept to execution
  • Develop a comprehensive digital merchandising strategy, including optimization of brand and campaign stories, educational content, and user journeys.
  • Responsible for the ongoing revenue growth for global online direct channels
  • Partner with SEO lead to identify opportunities to drive additional organic traffic to our sites
  • Oversee and optimize the D2C promotional and content strategy, highlighting eventized moments to drive incremental revenue


The perfect candidate will have strong, current hands on experience along with excellent strategy and execution expertise. You will also, ideally, have experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.


About you;


  • Experienced with Commerce tools such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Comfortable presenting and communicating with internal senior executives
  • Ability to operate effectively in a team-oriented and highly collaborative environment
  • Experience with forecasting and managing a complex assortment strategy for a brand with thousands of SKUs in market
  • Proven ability to leverage analytics and apply a data-driven approach to digital planning and optimization that delivers on business outcomes.
  • 6+ years of e-commerce experience.
  • Experienced with analytics and BI tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tabs Analytics, and Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in driving the reach and growth of consumer-packaged goods on a global scale
  • High energy and capable of multi-tasking and context-switching with ease in a fast-paced and ever-evolving organization
