The Ecommerce Manager & Guest Experience Manager is responsible for managing the overall look & feel of our website’s product pages, catalog(s), and enabling our guests to find what they are looking for an intuitive & welcoming way.This is a highly cross functional role working closely with Marketing, Creative, and Procurement to provide and lead an amazing Omni-Channel Guest Experience.

Responsibilities:

Digital Merchandising

  • Develop digital merchandising plans to boost sales. Optimize site based on inventory trends, stock availability, price increases,
  • Create best-in-class product pages, filtering, navigation, and ‘shop-by-trade” content and products.
  • Update all event related content and planning.
  • Write engaging product descriptions that will convert our visits into customers.
  • Understand critical features and benefits of all products and which specific trades and/or archetypes of consumers are most likely to purchase.
  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure key performance metrics are growing and/or optimized such as ABV, SMS Attach Rate, Email Click Thru and overall visits.Report out metrics and insights on a weekly basis.
  • Execute all website content updates, including product input, merchandising, key details, homepage, landing pages, brand pages and product pages.
  • QC all links and copy for email, Instagram Shops, etc.Review and test the guest experience daily and weekly.
  • Set standardized operating procedures and create training documents for product deployment
  • Capture creative content and imagery for product catalog management.Flats, Shop this Fit, etc.
  • Play key role in the migration from WooCommerce to Shopify +
  • Oversee the production and maintenance of the company’s catalogs for both owned and non-owned brands (ie – Trade Money + Purpose-Built)
  • Be the Primary support in communicating action items, follow up tasks, and answering ad hoc questions for omni related items.

Omni Guest Experience & Service

  • Develop best-methods for consolidating all inbound or disparate guest requests – from order updates through returns and exchanges – including Social Media Requests, 1-800, Support Emails, etc.
  • Assist guests and fulfillment operations with complex refunds, exchanges, etc. that require escalation.
  • Lead our guest experience and service division during the initial launch phase
  • Be the Liaison between shop operations for all BOPIS related items and the successful in-store pick-up experience.


Requirements and skills:

You Should have:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Copy Writing.
  • Understand what it means to be customer-centric in your approach to everything
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Excellent organization & attention to detail
  • Persuasive, builds enthusiasm, and inspires the customer to buy (Engaging)
  • Experience with Shopify is required (ideal candidate also uses Shopify +)
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency
  • Exhibits an authentic desire to exceed the guest' expectations (Welcoming)
  • 2-4 years of Merchandising Experience – both in-store and online.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • BA/BS Preferred
