As Senior Live Producer, you’ll oversee the editorial development and execution of all SERHANT. Ventures live programming, with a specific focus on ongoing membership live streams, trainings, workshops, and webinars.In addition, you'll will bring to life live events, conferences, and seminars, working collaboratively with event production teams to ensure clients leave feeling energized with specific takeaways to up-level their businesses. The goal is to produce stellar and sticky live programming to give our members access to thought leadership that they've never had before.

This position is NYC based, with a hybrid work schedule, and reports to the Head of Content.

Salary Band: $130,000 - $150,000+ benefits

Responsibilities

• Lead the editorial programming of all SERHANT. Ventures live events, including conferences, seminars, Masterminds, Dinners with Ryan Serhant, and Ryan Serhant speaking events
• Adjust and develop future events based on attendee feedback
• Establish expectations and timelines to ensure parallel and independent work streams all execute simultaneously, seamlessly and according to plan
• Communicate with attendees prior to event and ensure attendees have an enjoyable, rewarding, worthwhile, valuable experience
• Maintain and manage a roster of speakers/host/instructors
• Collaborate with community/membership team to maintain an ongoing, data-based programming calendar that provides sticky, actionable takeaways for members
• Develop and execute on editorial programming for member livestreams, webinars, workshops and more
• Develop a process to generate and validate topic ideas for live programming
• Follow up with attendees after the event to conduct post-event surveys and report on feedback
• Collaborate with speakers/guests to develop content, speaking formats, and presentation materials

Qualifications

• Obsession with details while striving for outstanding and magnificent execution
• Bonus: Desire to be a live programming thought leader yourself
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Passion for creative programming and editorial substance
• 4-6 years live production with a strong editorial lens, including talent management
• Project development and management experience, including developing strategies, operational plans and compelling presentations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness and ability to travel when needed
• Experience producing high-level celebrity talent
• Strong editorial understanding of what makes for compelling, memorable content that moves the conversation forward
