We are looking for a results-driven IT Senior Specialist to join our IT team.

Overall Position Description

• Responsible for inventory tracking.
• Provides direct support and assists management in all service desk functions to support local and remote site IT needs.
• Assists in ensuring compliance with IT policies and security initiatives.
• Responsible for completing period reporting.
• Contributes to defining and documenting policies and procedures.
• Various projects as assigned.
• Assists in ensuring proper functioning of the organizations applications and systems.
• The IT Senior Specialist demonstrates a positive and hardworking attitude, a continuous commitment to personal, organizational and process improvement and the ability to build strong partnerships, one employee and one customer at a time, and by working in accordance with ELs COACHTeam core values.
• Provides after hours support as needed in support of the business in an on-call rotation with IT Manager.
• Backs up the IT Manager in performing hardware, software and telecommunication administration and support.

Essential Functions And Results Expectations

• Actively participates in 4DX initiatives
• Helps define and document IT related policies and procedures and ensures compliance.
• Maintains network documentation for all sites.
• Assists in recommending, implementing, and monitoring security initiatives to protect EL systems and business data.

Essential Duties And Functions

• Proactively communicates issues to co-workers, leadership, and internal customers as appropriate
• Leads on projects as needed.
• Backs up the different roles of the IT department as needed (takes tickets, assists with onboarding)
• Actively engages in scheduling, planning, and facilitating an effective one-on-one with his/her leader on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in current environments of Microsoft Windows Server
• Must be detail oriented
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with O365 applications.
• Minimum 1 Year experience in networking.
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision
• Minimum 2 years’ experience utilizing remote desktop and terminal server applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune is a plus.
• Must be able to multi-task and handle a high-volume office.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Active Directory
• Associates certificate, bachelor’s degree, or certifications in related field, equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with PowerShell scripting
