Provide Jel Sert Senior Management with Industrial Sector insights and recommendations for continued profitable brand and share growth.

Solid understanding of business statistics and financials including effective P&L management.

Participate and manage National and Regional trade shows that are geographically appropriate.

Manage Distributor pricing ensuring Distributors are placed in the appropriate column.

7-10 years of sales experience within the Industrial/Safety Channel.

Must have knowledge of the Industrial/Safety industry and have worked with key Distributors.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Knowledge of Pipe, Valves, and Fittings.

Two or more years related experience.

Basic computer and organizational skills.

Willingness to learn and grow.

Aptitude for understanding and calculating costs and profits.

● Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.

● Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably with PPE

● Experience in selling to light/ heavy industrial and construction sectors is highly desirable.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships.

● Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.

● Identify and target potential customers, conduct market research, and generate leads to expand the customer base.

-Experience managing a sales team.

-Experience selling in the industrial or construction marketplace

-Experience with P and L is a strong plus

Compensation includes – A guarantee up from $100-$120 plus commissions of 15-25K, car plan and robust benefits.

Product or industry experience preferred – safety, industrial maintenance supplies, abrasives and MRO products

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, be organized, and manage time effectively

Strong computer skills. Proficient with all Microsoft Office Programs: Outlook, Word, Excel

Act as a resource to the customer regarding safety, industrial, and other MRO products

Answer calls, research and recommend options, source products, provide quotes, check price and delivery and enter orders.

Must be a team player, demonstrate attention to detail and have good organizational skills
