The University of Chattanooga Foundation seeks applications and nominations for an experienced and highly organized creative professional with exceptional time management and design skills to serve as Senior Graphic Designer.

The Senior Graphic Designer position collaborates with the Advancement team and key partners across the UTC campus to create and oversee the production of print, digital, and video projects for development, alumni affairs, annual giving, stewardship, and other creative needs of the Advancement team. The position will be the team’s expert in visual identity and adherence to brand standards, as well as setting the direction for visual and creative strategy to accomplish team goals. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, this position will be responsible for internal and external creative vendor relationships including budget and contract terms.

Qualifications:

  • 4 years of managing and enforcing brand strategy and guidelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in communication, graphic design, art, or related field.
  • Experience with and understanding of print specification, production processes and related business procedures is required along with an understanding of photography and video fundamentals, including use of camera equipment and photo/video editing software.
  • Master’s degree and higher education experience is preferred.
  • 4 years of visual communications and video production experience is required along with mastery of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • 4 years of experience in graphic design, project management in a deadline-driven environment.
