The SEC team will strengthen end-to-end integration across hundreds of business processes, using a flexible and scalable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and premier technology solutions that support the Retail experience of the future.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As the SEC Senior Functional Tech Analyst - Supply Chain Finance, you will be responsible for supporting Technical Capability Lead and carrying out future state technology solutions delivery. You will be a strong technology leader with extensive experience working in an agile environment, whose focus will be to build, deliver, and support the right solution to customers with the highest quality and shortest delivery time. The Supply Chain Finance capability team is responsible for inventory accounting and product costing (including standard costing and material ledger with actual costing).

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will be a member of an 8-10 persons capability team that will use SAFE Agile principles to deliver on sprint commitments. You will work directly with business users to understand business needs and build overall designs, partner with Business Capability Process Experts to evaluate solution options, and ensure solution design achieves intended business needs. You will connect with various partners.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
  • Work with the team during the PI on the backlog of work for each iteration delivering value in 2-week Agile Sprints
  • Understand and align to Technical Strategy and Governance
  • Align to Nike Technical Standards
  • Document and Provide Domain Expertise for Enabling Data and Technical Requirements for Technical Design and Data Definition Specifications
  • Define and Document hand-offs to Operations / Production Support
  • Partner and participate in Future State Business Process Design work
  • Validate & Recommend Acceptance of Business Process Design & Requirements
  • Provide Domain Expertise for Future State Technical Solution Design for Supply Chain Finance capabilities, partner with SAP and other Technology Partners
  • Provide Quality Management (QM) testing support to all configuration changes and custom improvements
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Demonstrated ability to respond to and prioritize changing demands effectively
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business processes and requirements into clear, precise and easy-to-read functional specifications
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Ability to collaborate with other technology teams and business partners
  • Prior experience in implementing, integrating, and/or maintaining large-scale ERP application suites in the Retail/Fashion/Footwear industries (SAP, Sterling, OneSource, Blackline, Vistex, or other enterprise platforms); SAP S4, Fashion configuration preferred
  • Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams, and communicate using virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, online meeting)
  • Flexible, accountable, detailed, able to work in ambiguity, and a desire for continuous personal growth
  • Strong facilitation skills with ability to pull diverse groups of individuals with different goals together and facilitate productive discussions
  • Be a driver. Ensure work is completed of high quality and well-coordinated with upstream and downstream dependent teams
  • Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience and training in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or other relevant subject area preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively connect with both business and technical IT teams
  • Ability to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions
  • Configuration experience with SAP Product Costing / material ledger and inventory accounting in intercompany trading scenarios (STO, direct shipment, 3rd party, etc.) is highly desired
  • Experience working with Agile teams
  • Minimum 5 years professional work experience
  • Strong business acumen to quickly learn new business processes and understand how Nike Technology needs to support the business in achieving revenue and profit goals
  • Remote Work Option – open to remote work, except cannot work in South Dakota, Vermont, and West Virginia. These candidates will be required to relocate.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $109,500.00 to $217,000.00. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate’s location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
