Strong knowledge of business disciplines (supply chain management, supply network planning, demand planning, logistics, etc.)

Project Management and/or Supply Chain certifications are a plus.

High visibility and interaction with business management customers on major projects as well as tactical and strategic initiatives

Ability to recommend or make key project decisions to management

Manage distribution and transportation capacity planning and contingencies for seasonality, new product launches and sustaining operations.

Compile material for the bi-weekly Global Freight Sync and be able to report and present analytical findings to Manager/Director level.

Provide Domain Expertise for Future State Technical Solution Design for Supply Chain Finance capabilities, partner with SAP and other Technology Partners

Provide Quality Management (QM) testing support to all configuration changes and custom improvements

Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business processes and requirements into clear, precise and easy-to-read functional specifications

Document and Provide Domain Expertise for Enabling Data and Technical Requirements for Technical Design and Data Definition Specifications

Validate & Recommend Acceptance of Business Process Design & Requirements

Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally

2+ years of experience managing or tech-leading a software engineering team;

5+ years of experience working in large-scale system development and solid track of records;

Strong communication and teamwork skills;

Experience of E-commerce supply chain is a big plus, including fulfillment center, logistics, and/or supply chain technology;

Be responsible for building up and managing the supply chain tech team in the US;

Be responsible for developing international e-commerce supply chain technology, like WMS, TMS, fulfillment network, inventory forecasting & planning, etc;

Strong leadership skills including management responsibility of several of the supply chain initiatives.

Certification in Project Management / Scrum Master

Good written and verbal communication skills & ability to work with all levels of management

Follow and manages the solutions (processes, data, applications, business controls, roles, and metrics) through appropriate change management processes and tools

Talent Management – Build deep internal technical expertise within the internal Tech Teams

Financial management of budgets and costs including projects and baseline
