Job Description
Expertise And Functions
  • Support inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy; investigate & reconcile discrepancies
  • Assist in the implementation, analysis, and coordination of the master production schedule
  • Quickly identify current and potential material shortages, develop and execute mitigation strategies, advise interested parties of status and recovery plans
  • Manage inventory levels to meet project requirements
  • Coordinate and manage monthly cycle counts within the manufacturing warehouse
  • Develop production and inventory management plans to support both material and finished good requirements
  • Coordinate material movement between vendors, warehouse, and the production floor
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Be a key participant in annual physical inventory
  • Set up and monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage inventory accuracy
Requirements
Qualifications
Education/Training:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in management or other relevant discipline preferred
Experience:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • 5+ years of professional experience in the required task area
  • Extensive knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures including manufacturing planning, demand, and replenishment processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Extremely knowledgeable with MRP / ERP systems such as JobBOSS
  • Proficient in MS office applications
Security:
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required
