TITLE: Specialist, Sales Planning & Analysis

REPORTS TO: Manager, Sales Planning

FLSA: Non-Exempt

LOCATED: NYO

JOB OVERVIEW: This full-time role works closely with the sales administration function of International Cosmetics & Perfumes (ICP) brands – currently The House of Creed. This role provides sales reporting, analysis and forecasting through different platforms. This team member will also promote and maintain the intrinsic company culture that fosters the firm’s core values of: Transparency, Recognition, Accountability, and Communication (TRAC) and will be committed to ICP’s Leadership Competency Model (LCM).

Core Responsibilities

COLLATERAL (Non-saleable goods)

• Maintain a collaborative partnership and negotiate effectively with internal colleagues, including Field Team, Marketing, Operations, and Finance
• Work directly with operations team on processing and shipment of collateral inventory
• Carries out weekly, monthly on-going communication to field sales team
• Own collateral budget and monitors spend for all channels of distributions
• Create item forecasts for launches and new door openings
• Support on seasonal forecasts to operations based on promotional programming
• Maintain collateral inventory and utilization of monthly flow

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & REPORTING

• Create ad-hoc reporting as needed
• Assist planner in weekly selling report, including stock and sales by store
• Assist planner in inventory fulfillment for Creed boutiques and Creedboutiques.com
• Assist planner in forecasting in order to achieve sales target
• Work with operations team and review inventory report to alert teams of items SKUs that are high risk
• Maintain and analyze boutique reporting, category selling, and launch recaps

Requirements

• 1-3 years related work experience, preferably working in the beauty or fashion industry
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong MS Office application skills, including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
• Analytical ability and understanding of how data impacts planning
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Desire to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment while being adaptable to change
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to convey complex information to a broad audience in a simple manner
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field

Compensation includes competitive salary $70K- $75K, health benefits, PTO schedule and 401K plan.
