Job Description

Reporting to the SVP of Clinical Partnerships, the Senior Director of Clinical Partnerships will be responsible for proactively building and managing collaborative executive level relationships with assigned and new partners to drive strategic partnerships that deliver reciprocal value. This position is a leadership position that will work closely with Strata senior leaders to develop and execute our partnership strategy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted partner to key leaders, represent partner needs to Strata Oncology, and marshal resources on the partner’s behalf through the process of co-creating value and building long-term, competition-resistant relationships.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Strata's offerings and reliably represent Strata's value proposition to key leaders across health systems.
  • Develop new and existing relationships with key clinical and executive leaders at major academic and large community health systems
  • Lead the development of advanced solutions and value propositions targeted to the unique needs and priorities of new and existing partners.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration within Strata Oncology to ensure understanding and execution of plans that meet/ exceed partnership goals and objectives.
  • Provide structure, organization, and leadership to ensure achievement of shared goals with our health system partners.
  • Map the account and influencers in the account and then develop comprehensive strategic business plans for both near- and long-term growth


Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • Experience building consultative executive level relationships with external partners and/or clients, preferably with physician practices, health systems, hospitals, and integrated delivery networks.
  • 10+ years of experience in pharma or diagnostic strategic accounts/national accounts or healthcare & life sciences management consulting
  • A Bachelor’s degree required (PhD or MBA preferred)
  • Existing relationships with academic institutions, networks and large community IDNs is preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of the oncology/ cancer genomics marketplace and market trends preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

  • Demonstrated strong business analytics to understand and analyze business and market drivers, and develop, execute, and adjust business plans.
