Exciting opportunity to join a growing independent hospital system in central Texas!

Requirements:

• SHRM Certified, preferred
• 5 years of Human Resources Director level or higher working in an acute care hospital;
• Must have hospital experience of 300+ beds and 3000 employees
• Bachelors in Human Resources, preferred

Plans, implements, and manages Human Resources Department ensuring the values of the medical center are upheld in the hiring, promoting, terminating and ongoing employment processes. Directs all aspects of the human resources functions of the medical center including staffing, competitive salaries and benefits, all employment processes, also includes support and implementation of Hospital Mission, Vision, and Values.
