Job Description

Senior Associates are responsible for managing project teams and client relationships for S2N’s strategy consulting practice, providing intellectual leadership to solve our clients’ business challenges and ensuring the delivery of high-value, data-driven insights. Senior Associates are considered part S2N leadership team and will have a unique opportunity to shape the direction and growth of our firm and culture while receiving extensive mentorship from the S2N partners.


Senior Associate Responsibilities:

  • Devising and facilitating team and client brainstorms and strategy sessions
  • Structuring analytical approaches and managing S2N consulting teams
  • Advancing S2N’s systems for project, knowledge and relationship management
  • Helping recruit and train new S2N consultants
  • Representing S2N in industry events and mentoring start-ups in the community
  • Forming and fostering strong relationships with S2N clients
