Reporting Manager: Vice President - Enterprise


Role Objective:

We are looking for a true Sales professional who is excited to take up new challenges. The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for Zoglix, getting relevant B2B customers on board, nurturing them, and converting them to strategic key accounts. The desired candidate must havea flair for complex sales and managing a sales team.



Role Responsibilities:

  • Hunter Instinct: Identify and onboard new organizations as clients and strategic partnersand travel to client locations for project execution.
  • Program managing cross-functionally to ensure adherence to SLAs. Supporting and leading various marketing activities from time to time.
  • Lead medium-level client coordination and roadblock resolution related to project execution.
  • Get relevant enterprise customers on board, nurture them,and convert them to strategic key accounts
  • Plan, execute,and monitor the sales operations to attain accelerated growth.
  • Monitor and drive all organizational KPIs that are critical for success. Drive the operational cadence attheCXO level. Measure & track critical KPIs & initiatives.
  • Liaison with clients for delivery, demand management, billing, and new opportunities. Program manage post-sales execution of Zoglix solutions.

Key Stakeholders:


Internal: CEO & other leaders - Driving key strategic initiatives

External: Key customers, & other stakeholders - Driving growth KPIs & managing critical relationships


Work Experience:

(a) 2-4 years of experience in a hunting role

(b) Astute business sense and analytical ability with great articulation skills

(c) In-depthindustry knowledge of 1-2 industries

(d) Prior sales/ proposal-making experience

(e) Start-up experience would be an added advantage.


Knowledge/ Skills:

(a) High level of ownershipandwillingness to set up things from scratch.

(b) Hardworking, fearless, innovative, and strong desire to excel even in ambiguous situations

Education:

  • Graduation from a reputed institute
