Job Title: Business Analyst( Lending experience)

Location: Cincinnati OH (Candidate has to work from onsite from Day 1)

Job Type: Full Time

: Primary Skill: Consumer Lending Knowledge.

• Assists with compliance risk assessments, analyzing the Bank’s compliance risks; determines if current controls mitigate risk adequately.
• Assist with regulatory examination and serve as a liaison with business.
• Maintain and report compliance testing or monitoring results for assigned business units.
• Business Analyst with Lending experience
• Assist with updates to consumer-related compliance policies, procedures, and training material.
• Analyze the Bank’s compliance risk; determine if current processes control risk.
• Review marketing materials for business areas or products, including credit card, mortgage, small business, and consumer (lending or deposit), ensuring materials comply with regulatory and business standards.
• Analyzing and evaluating the current business processes on lending client has and reviewing up-to-date business processes liaising with business stakeholders.
• Assist the Business, Compliance Manager, and Risk Assessment team with reviewing and challenging the compliance testing programs, controls, and related processes.
• Comply fully with all Bank Compliance policies and procedures and all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Community Reinvestment Act, Fair Lending Practices, Code of Conduct, etc.).
• Analyze new and changing consumer laws and regulations through the regulatory change management process and disseminate information to applicable business areas for implementation.
