As an IT BA, you will be able to identify multiple approaches to problem-solving and recommend the best-case solutions, contributing significantly to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Quality Control, Project Managers, and Technical Leads to ensure business acceptance.
• Document current and future state assessments, and create functional models, process flows, and wire-frame diagrams.
• Partner with the business to elicit high-level requirements and refine them into detailed level requirements for technical teams.
• Develop use cases as a key communication tool between business and technical teams.
• Proactively develop and maintain technical knowledge in specialized areas, producing solutions that enable global consistency and standardization for exceptional performance.
• Interact with Project Managers to track project progress, identify risks, and communicate status to assess potential impacts to the business.

The Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Agile practices and experienced in eliciting and breaking high-level requirements into user stories using Gherkin syntax.
• Experience in building eCommerce or front-end user applications.
• Expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and JIRA.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with the business and end-users, avoiding technical jargon.
• Excellent collaboration, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in IT areas being developed or enhanced.
