Senior Financial Analyst, Fp&A

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Support company’s long-term modeling efforts required for the strategic plan
• Interpret financial performance results and translate them into operational improvements
• Deliver accurate, meaningful, and efficient financial forecasts and management reporting to help our partners deliver on their financial objectives
• Prepare monthly financial and operational forecasts including variance analyses
• Assist in Company forecasting and maintenance of the financial model
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Proactively identify weaknesses &/or areas of improvement in terms of Financial processes

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of finance experience
• Self-starter with intellectual curiosity, initiative, and strong work ethics are essential
• Highly motivated individual with an ability to drive results and work with ambiguity
• Strong financial analysis skills including financial modeling, reporting, and problem-solving.
• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• Public accounting experience
